Stage 1: Discovery

At this initial stage we meet with the client and learn as much as possible about the company and the client's goals. This is where we get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. If we are then we proceed to the following steps.

Stage 2: Planning/Strategy

At this crucial stage, the foundation of the project is laid out. The development team, along with stakeholders, define the project scope, requirements, goals, and objectives. This includes requirement gathering, setting goals and objectives, creating a project scope, wireframing and prototyping, technology selection, defining sitemap and navigation, risk assessment, and setting milestones.

Stage 3: Development/Execution

The development or execution stage in Web development is where the actual coding and creation of the website or Web application take place based on the requirements and planning done in the previous stages. This includes front-end design and development, back-end development, database development, integration of third-party services, testing, optimization, CMS (content management system) integration, version control, etc. The development stage is a collaborative effort involving front-end developers, back-end developers, designers, and testers working together to bring the project to life based on the defined requirements and design. It is a critical phase where the website's functionality, usability, and performance are built and refined.

Stage 4: Launch/Maintenance

The launch and maintenance stage in Web development marks the deployment of the website or Web application to the live server and the ongoing support and upkeep of the site after it goes live. This includes launch preparations, deployment, monitoring and performance optimization, content updates, security updates, backup and recovery, user support, feedback and iteration, etc. The launch and maintenance stage is crucial for ensuring the website's longevity, security, and relevance in the ever-evolving digital landscape. By consistently monitoring, updating, and optimizing the site, businesses can maximize the potential of their online presence and provide a seamless experience to users.
